Osteria Pistoia was created out of a love and respect for "quality restoration", it consists in a warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and the rediscovery of traditional flavours.
Alessandro Pistoia refines and revisits the traditional flavours found in the province of Rome in dishes that offer a tasty experience whilst recalling its traditional cuisine.

Alessandro Pistoia's ever present love and passion for the recipes and traditions of this province have grown and refined during his professional experience in the province (from the Ciociaria to the hills of Tolfa ) and from contact with farmers in the area.
Significant experience and a bit of luck brought him to meet with farmers, who then became friends. This is the basis for the high quality ingredients that are used in his kitchen.
